ABOUT

Edel MacBride is an Irish designer who creates handmade knitwear in Donegal, Ireland. She uses local spun natural wool yarn which is handknit by a small team of highly skilled Aran knitters that includes herself. Edel designs each piece and is renoun for expert crafting, patterning and reviving traditional skills. She trained in fashion design at Limerick School of Art.
